In
1985, Rich and Greg Komen of Restaurants Unlimited in
Seattle, WA wanted to create "the world's best cinnamon
roll" for a new concept they were developing. They hired a
local food connoisseur, and after three months, hundreds of
kitchen experiments and many trips to Indonesia to find the
best, most flavorful cinnamon, the team perfected the
Cinnabon recipe and opened the first Cinnabon bakery on December
5, 1985 at Sea Tac Mall.
From there, the Cinnabon brand has grown into a worldwide
phenomenon with unmatched crave appeal, serving baked goods
such as the famous Classic Roll, Minibon, Cinnabon Bites,
Caramel Pecanbon, CinnaPacks and Cinnabon Stix - all made
with our signature Makara Cinnamon - as well as specialty
beverages like the Mochalatta Chill and various flavors of
Chillattas frozen beverages.

ON THE MENU
Although we are known for our world famous Classic cinnamon
rolls and other heavenly treats, including the Caramel
Pecanbon, Chocobon and Cinnabon Stix, we offer delicious,
handcrafted espresso & specialty beverages and a selection
of gourmet sandwiches & fresh salads.
Cinnabon bakeries have built a reputation for serving fresh,
aromatic cinnamon rolls made with premium Indonesian
cinnamon and topped with a sweet, rich, cream cheese-based
frosting. Each Cinnabon product is served hot out of the
oven and baked fresh before our guest's eyes. Some popular
items include the Cinnabon Classic - Warm dough, filled with
our legendary Makara Cinnamon, topped with freshly made
cream cheese frosting; Caramel Pecanbon - Warm dough, filled
with our legendary Makara Cinnamon, topped with pecans and
smothered with rich caramel; and the Chocobon - Warm dough
filled with chocolate, topped with freshly made cream cheese
and chocolate frosting.
Our specialty beverages include the Mochalatta Chill®, a
Guest favorite and our smooth, frozen beverages called
Chillattas®. You can also let our baristas handcraft your
favorite espresso beverages, made using pure Arabica beans
and served hot, cold, blended or over ice.

The Cinnabon Bakery Cafe offers a stylish & modern café
presence with large windows giving a great view to and from
the street. We are also proud to be one of the first to use
LED lighting throughout our café in an effort to conserve
energy. In addition, the responsibility to maintain a clean
location in which to serve safe food is a crucial component
of successful operation of a Cinnabon® bakery.
